Hemimorphite is a beautiful zinc silicate mineral, often occurring in delicate crystalline formations and shades of white, blue, green and colourless.

To me, Hemimorphite has always been a stone of discernment and emotional maturity. I associate it with periods of personal growth when we are learning to distinguish what genuinely belongs in our lives from what does not. It encourages the kind of self-awareness that asks us to pay attention to our instincts, examine our experiences carefully and make wiser choices about the people and opportunities we allow into our lives.

Hemimorphite also carries a wonderful theme of emotional curiosity. Rather than avoiding difficult feelings, it reminds us that the full range of human emotion is part of being alive.
